560 INSPECTIONS: FIRE SAFETY 560.1 All vending vehicles, vending carts, or vending stands with deep fryers, propane or open flame, or any other electrical or cooking devices shall be inspected by FEMS at least once a year or as regularly as the Fire Marshal prescribes. 560.2 If a vending vehicle, vending cart, or vending stand fails an inspection performed pursuant to this section, the FEMS inspector may summarily seize the Vending Business License and Vending Site Permit and deliver it to the DCRA Director. The DCRA Director shall return the seized Vending Business License or Vending Site Permit to the licensee only upon the licensee’s vending vehicle, vending cart, or vending stand passing FEMS inspection.
