561 MAINTENANCE STANDARDS 561.1 All vending vehicles, vending carts, and vending stands, including canopies and umbrellas, shall be maintained in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition, and in good repair. 561.2 All vending vehicles, vending carts, and vending stands, including canopies and umbrellas, shall be maintained so that the vending vehicle, cart, or stand remains at all times in compliance with the standards of this subchapter.
