1510 ACCURACY ─ TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICES, FOOD 1510.1 Food temperature measuring devices that are scaled only in Celsius or dually scaled in Celsius and Fahrenheit shall be accurate to plus or minus one degree Celsius (±1o C) in the intended range of use. Pf 1510.2 Food temperature measuring devices that are scaled only in Fahrenheit shall be accurate to plus or minus two degrees Fahrenheit (±2o F) in the intended range of use.
