1526 FUNCTIONALITY ─ WAREWASHING MACHINES, INTERNAL BAFFLES 1526.1 Warewashing machine wash and rinse tanks shall be equipped with baffles, curtains, or other means to minimize internal cross contamination of the solutions in wash and rinse tanks.
