1536. ACCEPTABILITY - FOOD EQUIPMENT, CERTIFICATION AND CLASSIFICATION

1536 ACCEPTABILITY ─ FOOD EQUIPMENT, CERTIFICATION AND CLASSIFICATION 1536.1 Food equipment that is certified or classified for sanitation by an American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-accredited certification program is deemed to be in compliance with Chapters 14 and 15 of this Code.
