2913 FUNCTIONALITY ─ EXTERIOR WALLS AND ROOFS, PROTECTIVE BARRIER 2913.1 Perimeter walls and roofs of a food establishment shall effectively protect the establishment from the weather and the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.
