3411 PESTICIDES ─ TRACKING POWDERS, PEST CONTROL AND MONITORING 3411.1 A tracking powder pesticide shall not be used in a food establishment, except as specified in § 3411.2. 3411.2 A nontoxic tracking powder such as talcum or flour may be used in a food establishment if its use does not contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles.
