4702 ADMINISTRATIVE ─ EMBARGO ORDER, JUSTIFYING CONDITIONS AND REMOVAL OF FOOD 4702.1 The Department may embargo, forbid the sale of, or cause to be destroyed, any food that: (a) May be unsafe, adulterated, or not honestly presented; (b) Is not prepared, processed and handled, packaged, transported, or stored in compliance with this Code; (c) Originated from an unapproved source; (d) Is not labeled according to law, or if raw molluscan shellfish, is not tagged or labeled as specified in §§ 713.2 and 714.4; or (e) Is otherwise not in compliance with this Code.
