4712 ADMINISTRATIVE ─ CONDEMNATION ORDER, REMOVING THE OFFICIAL TAG 4712.1 No person shall remove the tag except under the direction of the Department as specified in § 4712.2. 4712.2 The Department shall issue a notice of release from a condemnation order and shall remove condemnation tags, labels, or other identification from equipment, utensils, and linens if: (a) The condemnation order is vacated; or (b) The licensee notifies the Department that the equipment, utensils and linens have been modified to meet the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) or NSF equivalent standards and the requirements of this Code and after the Department has conducted a re-inspection.
