715 SPECIFICATIONS FOR RECEIVING ─ SHELLSTOCK, CONDITION 715.1 When received by a food establishment, shellstock shall be reasonably free of mud, dead shellfish, and shellfish with broken shells. Dead shellfish or shellstock with badly broken shells shall be discarded.
