3302 INVESTIGATION AND CONTROL - RESTRICTION OR EXCLUSION ORDER 3302.1 Based on the findings of the investigation specified in section 3300 and to control disease transmission, the Department may issue an order of restriction or exclusion to a suspected food employee or the licensee or dealer without prior warning, notice of a hearing, or a prior hearing if the order recites: (a) The reasons for the restriction or exclusion that is ordered; (b) The requirement that the food employee or the licensee or dealer shall provide evidence demonstrating that the reasons for the restriction or exclusion have been eliminated; (c) That the suspected food employee or the licensee or dealer may request a hearing by submitting a timely request as provided in section 3700 of this Code; and (d) The name and address of the Department representative to whom a request for a hearing may be made.
