708 REQUIRED POSTINGS 708.1 A public swimming pool, spa pool, or sauna shall provide notice to the Department of its intent to shut down permanently or temporarily at least thirty (30) calendar days before discontinuing operations. 708.2 All licenses, Certificate of Occupancy, certifications, Department posted warnings, and current inspection results shall be conspicuously posted near a public entrance within the swimming pool, spa pool, or sauna facility in accordance with Sections 201, 202, and 901.1(b).
