801 ADMINISTRATIVE ENFORCEMENT ACTION ─ CONDEMNATION ORDER, JUSTIFYING CONDITIONS AND REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT, CHEMICALS, OR OTHER OPERATIONAL SUPPLIES 801.1 A duly authorized agent of the Department may condemn and cause to be removed any equipment, chemicals, or other operational supplies found in a swimming pool, spa pool, or sauna facility the use of which does not comply with these regulations.
