807 ADMINISTRATIVE ENFORCEMENT ACTION ─ SUMMARY SUSPENSION OF LICENSE, CONDITIONS WARRANTING ACTION 807.1 The Department may summarily suspend a license to operate a swimming pool, spa pool, or sauna facility, when the Department is denied access to a facility in violation of Section 710, or when the Department determines through an inspection, examination of records, or other means as specified in the Regulations that an imminent health hazard exists.
