607 FACILITY LICENSES AND PERMITS NOT TRANSFERABLE 607.1 A facility license or permit to operate a barber, cosmetology, or personal grooming facility shall not be transferred from one person to another person, from one facility to another facility, or from one location to another location even if owned, leased or operated by the same person.
