615 IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARDS ─ RESTORATION OF FACILITY OPERATIONS (Critical Section) 615.1 If the facility is closed as specified in § 614, the licensee shall obtain approval from the Department as specified in § 616 before resuming operations.
