619 NON-CRITICAL VIOLATIONS ─ TIME FRAME FOR CORRECTION 619.1 The licensee shall correct non-critical violations within fourteen (14) calendar days after an inspection, except as specified in § 619.2. 619.2 The Department may consider the nature of the potential hazard involved and the complexity of the corrective action needed and agree to specify a longer time frame for correcting a violation.
