801 SERVICE OF PROCESS ─ DEPARTMENT ISSUED NOTICES OF SUMMARY SUSPENSION, NOTICES OF INFRACTION, AND OTHER DIRECTIVES 801.1 Notices of Summary Suspension, Notices of Infraction, and other directives issued by the Department shall be: (a) Served as specified in § 800.1; or (b) Posted by the Department in a conspicuous place near the entrance of the barber, cosmetology, or personal grooming facility, as specified in § 608.1.
