1108 ADMINISTRATIVE ─ SUMMARY SUSPENSION OF LICENSE, CONDITIONS WARRANTING ACTION 1108.1 The Department may summarily suspend a license to operate a tanning facility if it is denied access to the tanning facility to conduct an inspection, or determines through an inspection, or examination of operators, employees, records, or other means as specified in the regulations, that an imminent health hazard exists.
