504 HANDWASHING SINKS ─ DISPOSABLE TOWELS, WASTE RECEPTACLE 504.1 A handwashing sink or group of adjacent sinks that is supplied with disposable towels or suitable drying devices shall be provided with a waste receptacle as specified in Subsections 507.2 and 507.3.
