215 PREVENTING CONTAMINATION – PROHIBITING ANIMALS AND PESTS 215.1 Animals shall be prohibited in the home kitchen during the preparation, packaging, or handling of microenterprise home kitchen business food products. 215.2 The home kitchen shall be free from pests and shall be kept clean to prevent the harborage of pests.
