4702 CHIEF CONTRACTING OFFICER 4702.1 The Director shall serve as the Department’s Chief Contracting Officer (CCO). 4702.2 The CCO shall have overall responsibility for supervising the Department’s procurement activities and to award any contracts pursuant to this chapter.
