12203. LIEN CRITERIA

12203 LIEN CRITERIA 12203.1 Settlement funds identified through a CSSD data match with CSLN shall be subject to the filing of a lien when: (a) There is an active child support case; (b) The child support order has accumulated arrears greater than or equal to five hundred dollars ($500); and (c) The child support obligor resides or owns property in the District at the time the funds are identified.
