12204 FILING THE LIEN 12204.1 If a CSLN data match establishes that an obligor is entitled to settlement funds on a personal injury or workers’ compensation claim and CSSD determines that these funds are subject to a lien under § 12203, CSSD shall file the lien with the Recorder of Deeds in the District of Columbia.
