1616 CHEMISTRY 1616.1 In addition to the general and professional education requirements, for certification in chemistry, the following representing thirty (30) semester hours shall be required: (a) Eighteen (18) semester hours in chemistry to include the following: (1) Physical Chemistry; (2) Organic Chemistry; and (3) Environmental Chemistry; (b) Biological Science; (c) Physics; (d) Mathematics (including calculus); and (e) Computer applications.
