812 TERM AND TEMPORARY APPOINTMENTS 812.1 Notwithstanding § 200.4, and except for rules relating to the Educational Service, the term and temporary appointment rules at § 209 shall apply to uniformed members of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) and the Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department (FEMS).
