1235. ANNUAL LEAVE—GRANTING

1235 ANNUAL LEAVE—GRANTING 1235.1 [RESERVED]. 1235.2 [RESERVED]. 1235.3 [RESERVED]. 1235.4 Requests for annual leave shall not be unreasonably denied to the extent practicable. Employees shall request annual leave at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. 1235.5 An approved absence that would otherwise be properly chargeable to sick leave may be charged to annual leave, compensatory time, or leave without pay, if requested in advance by the employee and approved by management.
