900 APPLICABILITY AND DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY 900.1 This chapter applies to all appointments in the Excepted Service under the authority of the Attorney General. 900.2 All Excepted Service appointees shall serve at the pleasure of the Attorney General. 900.3 The Attorney General or designee shall administer the provisions in this chapter.
