901 EXCEPTED SERVICE CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM AND STANDARDS 901.1 Each Excepted Service position shall be classified in its appropriate grade based on the level of difficulty, responsibility, and qualification requirements of the work. 901.2 The Attorney General may adjust the grade, pay level, or salary of a position for an individual appointed as an expert or consultant.
