DESIGN (D-7)
A building in the D-7 zone fronting on a designated primary or secondary street shall be subject to the design regulations in Subtitle I § 602.
A building in the D-7 zone on a lot in the Pennsylvania Avenue Sub-Area is subject to the design requirements referenced in Subtitle I § 608.
