M104 SMOKE DETECTION M104.1 General. Smoke alarms shall be installed in all dwellings used for home day care. Smoke alarms shall be installed in accordance with Section R313. In addition to the locations required by Section R313 smoke alarms shall be installed in all areas used for napping. SOURCE: Final Rulemaking published at 63 DCR 15739 (December 23, 2016).
