M105 CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTION M105.1 General. Carbon monoxide alarms shall be installed in all dwellings used for home day care equipped with a fuel burning appliance or an attached garage. Carbon monoxide alarms shall be installed in accordance with Section R315. SOURCE: Final Rulemaking published at 63 DCR 15739 (December 23, 2016).
