10203. WAIVER OF EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

10203 WAIVER OF EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT 10203.1 The Board may waive the educational requirement of § 10202.1 for an applicant who: (a) Provides proof that he or she was employed as a speech-language pathology assistant practicing under the supervision of a speech-language pathologist for a minimum of fifteen (15 ) hours per week during three (3) of the five (5) years preceding before February 5, 2014; and (b) Applies for registration within twelve (12) months from the effective date of this provision.
