10204 REGISTRATION BY ENDORSEMENT 10204.1 An applicant for registration by endorsement may qualify for registration by endorsement if the applicant is licensed, registered, certified, or accredited by an accrediting association or a state board and recognized by the Board as a qualified professional according to standards that were the substantial equivalent of the requirements of § 10202, at the time of the licensing, registration, certification, or accreditation.
