9602. TERM OF CERTIFICATION

9602 TERM OF CERTIFICATION 9602.1 Subject to § 9601.1, a certification issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on October 31 of each odd-numbered year. 9602.2 The Director may modify the renewal system pursuant to § 4006.3 of Chapter 40 of this title and may modify the date on which a certification expires.
