The survey is an essential tool for the Department to accurately address consumer inquiries. The most recent deadline for submitting the survey was September 15, 2023. The Department has determined that some carriers did not comply with this request, which is a matter of concern. The Department urges carriers to update and submit the survey every three years to ensure the information on file with the Department remains current. The next survey deadline is September 15, 2026. All surveys should be submitted electronically to DOI-Survey-Response@delaware.gov. Any questions, comments, or requests for clarification about the survey and submission process should be emailed to DOI-Survey-Response@delaware.gov.
