Karen WeIdinStewal't, CIR-ML Commissioner Delaware Department of InSnrallce FORMS AND RATES BULLETIN NO. 33 TO: ALL INSURERS RE: REQUIREMENT FOR ALL INSURERS TO USE ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFERS TO PAY FOR SERFF FILINGS Dated: The purpose of this Bulletin is to infonn all insurance companies who file rates, fonns, rules and advertisements that effective November 1,2010 the Delaware Insurance Department will accept only Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) for all SERFF Filings. The Department is committed to improving speed-to-market initiatives. Requiring EFT payments increases the efficiency of the rate and fonn filing approval process for both the filer and the Department. All filings are accepted electronically through the SERFF Filing System.
