Code 700), Policies and Procedures Regarding FOIA Requests. Regulation 700 – 3.2.1 provides that requests for information under FOIA and Regulation 700 may be made by mail, in person, by email or via online request form. More information on FOIA is available at foia.delaware.gov. The Department prefers that FOIA requests be submitted through the Department’s electronic portal, utilizing the fillable form at http://delaware.gov/help/foia_request.shtml?subj=INSCOM.
