Applicants may apply online through the NIPR (National Insurance Producer Registry). The NIPR Gateway is a communication network that electronically links state insurance departments with the entities they regulate. The website address to submit an application is: www.licenseregistry.com This service will expedite the license application process. By utilizing electronic submissions, many delays associated with the manual process will be eliminated. Licensees who have been placed on “Inactive Status” or who are applying for an Apprentice Adjuster or Apprentice Appraiser License shall continue to submit hard copy applications.
