Agents Bulletin No. 16 TO: All Insurers, Licensing Services, and Licensees RE: Submission of Multiple Applications at One Time Agents Bulletin No. 15 mandated the filing of all license and renewal applications electronically. In certain circumstances, hard copy applications have to be accepted by the Department. The purpose of this Bulletin is to inform all insurance companies, licensing services, and licensees that effective August 1, 2008 if the company submits multiple hard copy applications at the same time, the company must submit one check for all of the applications.
