Karen Weldin Stewart, CIR-ML Commissioner [LOGO] Delaware Department of Insurance ## PRODUCERS & ADJUSTERS BULLETIN NO. 21 TO: ALL LICENSED INDIVIDUALS & BUSINESS ENTITIES RE: NOTIFICATION OF LAPSED LICENSES DATED: March 5, 2013 The purpose of this Bulletin is to advise non-resident licensees of their current status as of the February 28th renewal deadline. Non-resident individuals and business entities are required to renew their licenses by February 28th of every odd year. Failure of a non-resident licensee to pay the license renewal fees required by Chapter 7 of the Delaware Insurance Code by February 28, 2013, results in a lapse of such licensee's license as a matter of law pursuant to 18 Del. C. §1707(f). Non-resident licensees are encouraged to check the following website to confirm the status of their licenses: http://www.delawareinsurance.gov/services/licenseelookup.shtml This Bulletin shall be effective immediately.
