Individual and Business Entity Renewal Notices

Karen Weldin Stewart, CIR-ML Commissioner [LOGO] Delaware Department of Insurance ## PRODUCERS & ADJUSTERS BULLETIN NO. 20 TO: ALL LICENSED INDIVIDUALS & BUSINESS ENTITIES RE: INDIVIDUAL AND BUSINESS ENTITY RENEWAL NOTICES DATED: November 13, 2012 The purpose of this Bulletin is to give notice to all licensees that from this date forward, all license renewal notices will be provided through electronic posting. Renewal notices will no longer be mailed out 90 days prior to the renewal due date. Non-resident individuals and business entities are required to renew by February 28th of every odd year. Resident individuals and business entities are required to renew by February 28th of every even year. As a matter of policy, renewal notices will be posted on the Delaware Insurance Department's home page at www.delawareinsurance.gov 90 days prior the renewal due date. The renewal notice will also be provided to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR). Licensees will be responsible for checking the websites on a periodic basis to ensure that the licensee is up-to-date with respect to renewal payments. This Bulletin shall be effective immediately.
