In the Matter of THE WESTERN UNION TELEGRAPH COMPANY, INC. and' THE COMMERCIAL TELEGRAPHERS' UNION Case No. R-2886 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES October V, 1941 On September 8,,1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued its Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.: Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was. conducted on October 1, 1941, under the direction and supervision of- the Regional Director for the Ninth Region (Cincinnati, Ohio). On October 2, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III,. Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations- Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served upon the parties. No objections to the conduct of the bal- loting or to the Election Report were filed by any of the parties. B., No. (ii. 335 336 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD chief, automatic supervisors, telephone supervisors, and the statistical clerk in the traffic department; the superintendent, delivery manager, office manager (cashier), and the commercial representative, in the commercial department; the city foreman in the plant department; and the company attorneys, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Commercial Telegraphers' Union is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment. MR. GERARD D. REILLY took no part in the consideration of the above Certification of Representatives.
