Case No. R-2789 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES October 09, 1941 On September 10, 1941 , the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election , an election by secret ballot was conducted on October 3, 1941 , under the direction and supervision of the Regional. Director. for the First Region (Boston,. M issachusetts) . On October 6, 1941 , the Regional Director, acting pursuant'. to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regula- tions-Series 2, as amended , issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. By virtue of and pursuant to Section 9 (c) of National Labor Rela- tions Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, IT Is HEREBY CERTIFIED that Federation of Woolen & Worsted Work- ers of America , affiliated to U. B., No. 103. 508 GOODALL WORSTED COMPANY 509 ployees at the Sanford and Springvale plants of the Company, exclud- ing supervisory, office, and administrative employees, foremen, assist- ant foremen, -employees having the right to hire and discharge, timekeepers, and the students temporarily employed for the summer months; as their representative for the purposes of collective bargain- ing, and that pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Federation of Woolen & Worsted Workers of America, affiliated to U. T. W. A. (A. F. L.), is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment. MR.
