Loom. 22456 Case No. R-2796 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES October 29, 1941 On August 15, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.,, Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on September 12, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Tenth Region (Atlanta, Georgia). On September 24, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of the National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. F. of L. Local 22456 has been desig- nated and selected by a majority- of all production and maintenance employees in the Memphis plant of The Lehon Company, including those in the roofing department, shipping department, the asphalt de- partment, and the felt mill, watchmen, and shingle-machine inspectors, but excluding supervisory and clerical employees, as their representa- tive for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, A.
