Pursuant to the Direction-of Election; an election by secret ballot was conducted on October 15, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for'the Fifteenth Region (New Orleans, Louisiana). , On October 22, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules,and Regulations-' Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were dilly served upon the parties. On November 19, 1941, the Board issued a Supplemental Decision and Direction of Election,' overruling challenges to four ballots and directing the Regional Director to open and count the ballots and thereafter to prepare and cause to be served upon all parties a Supplemental Election Report. On Decem- ber 4, 1941, the Regional Director issued and duly served upon all parties a Supplemental Election Report. No objections to the Sup- plemental Election Report have been filed by any of the parties.
