Waterhouse, LLC; Klein-Becker USA, LLC; Nutrasport, LLC; Sövage Dermalogic Laboratories, LLC; Ban, LLC; Dennis Gay; Daniel B. Mowrey; and Mitchell Friedlander ("Respondents") filed a request for enlargement of time. The motion requested an extension of the deadline for responding to Complaint Counsel's First Request for Production of Documentary Materials and Tangible Things and to the First Set of Interrogatories seeking extensions until August 3, 2004 and August 12, 2004, respectively.
