100.2 Payment Rate for AKI Dialysis

The payment rate for AKI Dialysis is the ESRD PPS per treatment base rate updated
annually by the market basket, less the productivity adjustment and adjusted by any other
adjustment factor applied to the ESRD PPS base rate.
