All definitions in § 490.101 apply to this subpart. Unless otherwise specified in this subpart, the following definitions apply in this subpart:
On-road mobile source
means, within this part, emissions created by all projects and sources financed with funds from the 23 U.S.C. 149 CMAQ program.
