TEXT OF RESOLUTION OF ADVICE AND CONSENT TO RATIFICATION AS REPORTED AND APPROVED BY THE SENATE: Resolved, (two-thirds of the Senators present concurring therein), That the Senate advise and consent to the ratification of the Amendment to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, Adopted at Copenhagen, November 23-25, 1992, by the Fourth Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol.
